Spa Lottery

Spa Lottery tickets can be bought with Spa Medals. Each ticket costs 10 Spa Medals at the lobby exchange. Draws take place every Sunday at 21:00 JST.

Buying tickets

Use the buttons on the bottom row of the exchange screen.

1. Open the exchange

Right-click the lobby villager named 「スパメダル両替所」 (Spa Medal Exchange).

2. Choose how many tickets to buy

The two buttons are 「くじを1枚買う」 (buy 1 ticket) and 「くじを10枚買う」 (buy 10 tickets). See buy 10, get 1 extra for the bundle bonus.

Payment is taken automatically from the Spa Medals in your inventory. Larger denominations are broken into change when needed. For example, buying 1 ticket with a 100-Spa-Medal item returns 90 Spa Medals in change.

3. Receive the tickets

You receive paper tickets with names such as 「スパくじ 第1回 #0012」 (Spa Lottery, draw 1, #0012). The description shows the draw time and explains that you can check for winning tickets at the lobby exchange after the draw.

Each ticket has a different number, so tickets do not stack. Each uses 1 inventory slot. If you lack medals or inventory space, the purchase stops without taking payment. Leave 11 empty slots when buying the 10-ticket bundle, which gives you 11 tickets.

Buy 10 tickets and get 1 extra

The buy-10 button costs 100 Spa Medals and gives you 11 tickets, including 1 bonus ticket. Here is how it compares with buying single tickets 10 times.

Purchase method Spa Medals paid Tickets received
Buy 1 ticket, 10 times 100 Spa Medals 10
Buy 10 tickets, once 100 Spa Medals 11

Bonus tickets take part in the same draw.

Draws and prizes

The lottery runs weekly and divides its prize pool among the prize tiers.

Draw time

Draws take place every Sunday at 21:00 (Japan Standard Time, JST). Winning numbers are selected from sold tickets. Each tier’s winning numbers and payouts are announced in global chat.

A ticket can win only 1 prize tier. If no tickets were sold, no draw takes place and it is postponed to the following week.

Prize tiers and payouts

Half of ticket revenue goes into the prize pool: 5 Spa Medals from each 10-Spa-Medal ticket. Bonus tickets add nothing to the pool. Hover over the lottery information paper icon in the exchange to see the pool size and the number of tickets sold.

The prize counts and shares are shown below.

Tier Winning tickets Payout
1st 1 60% of the prize pool
2nd 3 25% of the prize pool shared among 3 winners
3rd 10 15% of the prize pool shared among 10 winners

Rounding remainders and amounts that cannot be distributed because too few tickets were sold carry over to the next prize pool.

Claiming winnings

After the draw, check and redeem your tickets at the exchange.

1. Open the exchange after the draw

After the draw time, right-click 「スパメダル両替所」 to open the exchange. Bring the tickets for completed draws in your inventory.

2. Press the check-winnings button

Press 「当たりを確かめる」 (check winnings), the gold-block button. All tickets for completed draws are collected, and you receive Spa Medals for winning tickets.

Losing tickets are collected too. Tickets for draws that have not yet happened stay in your inventory.

3. Redeem before the deadline

You can redeem a ticket until 4 further draws have finished after its own draw, approximately 4 weeks.

Expired winnings cannot be claimed

Once the deadline passes, you cannot collect the prize. The check-winnings button also collects expired tickets, but pays nothing for them.

You can exchange the Spa Medals you receive for Spa Coins at the exchange. See Spa Medals for details.

Handling tickets

You can give tickets to other players like ordinary items. Whoever holds the ticket can claim its winnings, so giving away a ticket also transfers the right to its prize.

Renaming ordinary paper on an anvil does not create a ticket. Tickets cannot be used as crafting-table or anvil ingredients.
