Smartphone

The smartphone is a guide item based on a clock that puts frequently used server features in one menu.

Hold it and right-click, use your device’s item-use action, or enter /phone in chat to open the menu. From there you can access jobs, auctions, travel, and more.

Getting a smartphone

You automatically receive 1 in your inventory about 2 seconds after joining the server for the first time.

Automatic delivery happens only once

You do not automatically receive another on later logins or after dying.

If your inventory is full

Delivery does not happen if there is no space. Make room, then request one again.

Replacing a lost phone

Use /phone get to receive one. You can still open the menu with /phone without having the item; see opening with a command.

Opening it and its appearance

The item-use action depends on your device.

Java Edition: computers

Hold the smartphone and right-click.

Bedrock Edition: Switch, phones, PlayStation, and others

Hold the smartphone and use the item-use action, such as long-pressing the screen on a phone.

Enter /phone in chat, whether or not you have the item.

Appearance

Both Java and Bedrock have a custom texture that makes the item look like a smartphone.

If the texture does not load, it looks like a clock. Its name and features still work normally.

Item behavior

The smartphone mostly behaves like an ordinary item, with a few differences.

It can be dropped

You can drop it on the ground. On death, it goes into your grave with your other belongings.

It does not stack

Each phone occupies 1 slot. Multiple phones cannot stack together.

You cannot request duplicates

If you already have a phone in your inventory or ender chest, /phone get displays 「スマホはすでに持っています。」 (You already have a smartphone) and does not give you another.

Press 「トップへ戻る」 (Back to home) at the bottom to return to the home screen.

Using Spa Mail to contact staff

Press Spa Mail, or 「運営へ伝える」 (Tell staff) in the help menu, to enter chat-input mode.

1. Chat displays 「Spa Mail: 内容をチャットに入力してください。cancelで中止できます。」, asking you to type your message or enter cancel to stop.
2. Type and send your message in normal chat: 5–500 characters, within 120 seconds.
3. It is sent directly to staff as /feedback.

Common questions

A button does nothing, or a message appears

Check the message in chat.

• 「この機能は現在利用できません。/<コマンド>」 (This feature is currently unavailable): the feature is temporarily unavailable. If it does not recover, report it in Discord’s question channel.
• A message from the feature itself: the same restriction applies as when running its command. Examples include returning to the lobby during the 5-second combat window, entering a world below its required level, or lacking the 100 Spa Coins needed to save a home.
• Only instructions appear: buttons that need a player name or amount, such as transfers or a second home, require you to enter the displayed command yourself.
